Change Management Professional

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Management, Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent
  • Five (5) plus years of Organization Development, Effectiveness or Change Management experience  
  • Previous experience leading and executing organizational change management programs, and working directly with senior executive leaders. Must have prior experience at applying Change Management best practices. Certifications a plus

Training Developer

  • Five (5) plus years of ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) training development experience, including instructional materials, user guides, CBT/ web-based/eLearning applications, and instructors collaterals
  • Experience:
    • delivering training in a variety of formats: class-room, web-based synchronous and asynchronous
    • with training development tools (Info Pak, uPerform, STT Trainer, UPK, etc.)
    • integrating training programs and learning management systems (LMS)

Training Manager

  • Experience:
    • managing training.
    • Conducting  needs analysis with subject matter experts and supervisors to determine training needs
    • Planning, coordinating, and directing training and development programs
  • Managers are accountable for ensuring developers are service oriented and deliver quality work
