Change Management Professional
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Management, Organizational Behavior, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or equivalent
- Five (5) plus years of Organization Development, Effectiveness or Change Management experience
- Previous experience leading and executing organizational change management programs, and working directly with senior executive leaders. Must have prior experience at applying Change Management best practices. Certifications a plus
Training Developer
- Five (5) plus years of ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) training development experience, including instructional materials, user guides, CBT/ web-based/eLearning applications, and instructors collaterals
- Experience:
- delivering training in a variety of formats: class-room, web-based synchronous and asynchronous
- with training development tools (Info Pak, uPerform, STT Trainer, UPK, etc.)
- integrating training programs and learning management systems (LMS)
Training Manager
- Experience:
- managing training.
- Conducting  needs analysis with subject matter experts and supervisors to determine training needs
- Planning, coordinating, and directing training and development programs
- Managers are accountable for ensuring developers are service oriented and deliver quality work
