Adriana Rapolla is an accomplished Talent Manager with a background in Information Technology, Psychology and Education.
In 2008, Adriana founded The Taligens Group, LLC after having been an independent consultant for over 10 years, and having worked for Accenture, Sirius Solutions, and other consulting firms.
Through The Taligens Group, Adriana helps companies develop their workforce to positively impact their bottom line. Simultaneously, she helps professionals grow as individuals. She strategizes to help organizations through transformational processes and develops customized educational programs that align employee development plans with organizational goals.
Throughout her career, Adriana has managed the Organizational Change and Training side of several global, multilingual ERP implementations in various industries including Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Food and Beverage, Insurance, and Electronics. She has a blended skills set in the areas of Leadership, Creativity, Strategy and Technical Knowledge.
Besides English, Adriana is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, both oral and written.
Born in New Jersey, US and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Adriana has also lived and worked in Brazil. In addition to successfully implementing long-term projects throughout the US, Canada and Latin America, Adriana has worked in several countries of Western Europe, as well as in Trinidad and Tobago. Her multilingual abilities and her understanding and sensitivity to diverse cultures makes her an asset in global ERP projects.
Continuous professional development has always been important to Adriana; she consistently invests personal time to stay ahead of business trends and continue developing necessary areas of expertise to better serve her clients.
Adriana studied Computer Science at Universidad de MORON in Buenos Aires, Argentina, completed courses in Psychology and Education, and is now a Certified Change Manager and a Certified Coach.

Marilza Hobbs is an experienced consultant with a background in Information Technology and ERP Training.
With over 18 years experience as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, SAP Consultant and Training Consultant, Marilza joined The Taligens Group, LLC in 2009 as Partner in charge of ERP Training.
Marilza helps clients implementing or upgrading ERP systems to achieve a reduction in training development time and increase training effectiveness.
In recent projects, Marilza has been the lead training consultant, working in conjunction with the clients to design, implement and support training for super users and end users globally. She has successfully perform all aspects of training, including project planning, material development, training delivery, content management, training logistics, role mapping and managing other training consultants.
Throughout her career, Marilza has used her technical knowledge and multilingual skills to the successful completion of Training and Transformation Initiatives for numerous global clients in various industries including Oil and Gas, Consumer Goods, Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Education, and Chemical services.
Born and raised in Brazil, Marilza is a naturalized US citizen. She has worked at client sites in the US, UK, Brazil, Belgium, The Neatherlands, Germany and France.
Previous to joining The Taligens Group, Marilza worked several years for Bearing Point; she also operated as an SAP Independent Consultant, and for some time she was a software developer. Prior to that, Marilza contributed to global Enterprise Implementations and upgrades outside the US.
Besides English, Marilza is fluent in Portuguese, oral and written. Marilza is also proficient in various Training Development Tools, such as Info Pak®, uPerform®, (a.k.a. SAP Productivity Pak®,) STT Trainer®, UPK®, Resite®, and Captivate®, among others.
Marilza studied Computer Science at FAESA University in Brazil, and attended consultant training at the Yale School of Management.

Monica Canales is a Communications Professional with 17 years experience in Marketing, Communications and PR.
She recently joined The Taligens Group, LLC as Partner in charge of Client Services. Monica helps clients identify sources for opportunity and translates information into innovation and action. Her diverse industry background has taught her the value of asking the right questions to drive meaningful actionable insights, connect with people, engage employees and develop the most fitting, innovative solutions for her clients. Her specialty is in facilitating groups, effecting change and integrating communications.
Her passion and commitment for business are some of the traits people first notice about Monica.
Prior to joining The Taligens Group, in her most recent corporate assignment, Monica served as Director of Marketing for a multinational distributor of building products. There, Monica proved a keen ability to engage audiences and motivate action. She garnered over $5 million in free publicity, contributed to double-digit sales growth her five consecutive years of tenure, and successfully aligned the company’s entire network of distributors and employees to embrace a rebranding initiative and new product launch.
Her experience includes creating and motivating teams, contributing to the success of corporate restructuring, launching new products and service extensions, as well as planning, developing and implementing strategic communications plans, change communications strategies and train-the-trainer programs.
Besides English, Monica is fluent in Spanish, both oral and written; and speaks conversational French.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Monica is a naturalized US citizen who received her BBA with Honors from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, TX.
